Isaac Wekesa, also known as Goliath wa Bungoma, gained attention after Bradley Marongo, known as Bradley Mtall, became famous for his height.
When Mtall was recognized as the tallest man in Kenya, Isaac disputed this claim, asserting that he was taller than Marongo.
In pursuit of recognition and a better life, Isaac left Bungoma and travelled to Nairobi, believing the city would offer him the opportunities he sought, just as it had for Mtall.
Although he set out with only his boda boda and a heart full of hope, God was on his side, and his dreams began to materialize.
Isaac’s journey in Nairobi was not easy, but eventually, he met people who helped connect him with opportunities that changed his life.
Over time, many came to believe in him, stating that the world was too large for both him and Mtall to compete in, as there were plenty of opportunities for both.
Today, Isaac’s life has significantly improved, and he works as a brand ambassador for several companies.
Despite his success, he has not forgotten his roots. He recently returned home, where people were astonished by the evident changes in his life.
He was warmly welcomed, with singing and praises to God for his blessings. As he addressed the crowd from atop his car, cheers and ululations filled the air.
Isaac’s story exemplifies that with resilience, confidence, and faith, life can indeed transform for the better.
