Faith Adhiambo :Today the 13th of September, Justice Mugambi has sentenced Mr. Gilbert Masengeli to six (6) months imprisonment for disobeying Court orders in Constitutional Petition E436 of 2024.

He has been given 7 days grace period to surrender himself to court in default, after the lapse of the 7 days, he does present himself to the Commissioner of. Prison services.
