Mike Sonko had previously had a public feud with the family of Baby James a child whose father was brutally murdered in his presence by some criminals who robbed the family. The arguments had largely been aired on the radio with each party accusing the other of failing to support and recognize them as the family that was hurt. As such there seemed to be a growing tension that needed to be sorted out once and for all before it escalated any further.
Recently however a family member from Kisii specifically the grandfather of Baby James came out with a strong statement to clarify the matter and bring things into perspective. According to his statement what the family is asking for is very simple nothing more than respect care and support. They simply want Baby James to grow up in a safe environment where he will get all the necessary support to get better after experiencing such a traumatic experience in his early years of life.
He also said that the family wants to be supported by the appropriate authorities without going through unnecessary drama. The boy deserves some understanding and compassion. As such they do not want
