King kaka and his ex-wife by the name of Nana Owiti are over the moon today as they sweetly celebrates their daughters birthday . She has just turned an year older , wiser and bolder . Happy 12th birthday to her .
Taking into her Instagram account she wrote the following words and posted a photo too :
” Twelve years ago I stepped into motherhood young , unprepared and honestly baptized by fire . We found ourselves in deep murky waters but somehow we learned to swim together .
We didn’t just grow up side by side . We grew into each other . You taught me just as much as I’ve taught you maybe even more . Though every high and low , every lesson and every little victory we survived and now here we are . Look at us .
Watching you become the young woman you are today fils me with a kind of pride I can’t even fully explain . You are resilient in ways that inspires me , intelligent beyond your years ,so very kind , you always aim to please ( that worries me sometimes ) and so emotionally aware it humbles me . You always take care and protect your little brother . Truly I’m in awe with you .
Maybe sometimes I try to give you the childhood I wished I had and maybe it’s not always exactly what you want but it comes from a place of love so deep so intentional . You see ,even as a I dream for you. I want you to dream for yourself too fully , freely and independently .
I may not always know what a perfect mother looks like but one thing I know for sure is this I will always be a good mom to you . I will always show up , always love you ,always choose you .
