Today CS for interior Professor Kithure Kindiki has dropped a very powerful warning to Former Prime Minister and ODM leader Raila Amolo Odinga to avoid doing the following things or else something unexpected will happen to his rallies.
In a press briefing at Harambee House on Monday, February 6, Kindiki warned Raila not to disrupt any businesses or contradict the law, or else he would face the full force of the police force.
He noted that they had a right to conduct peaceful demonstrations but affirmed that any form of chaos would not be tolerated.
“The day they will try to mess with the law, and do something that the laws of Kenya don’t allow they will face the full weight of the ministry of interior”, Prof. Kindiki announced.
Kindiki urged Azimi to do peaceful demonstrations that will not attempt to disrupt ongoing businesses in the country.
He added by saying, Kenya is a country governed by the law, and the law must be respected accordingly.
