The Interior CS Kithure Kindiki has revealed of how the bandits have outsmarted the security officers who are carrying the operations in the North Rift region. According to Kindiki, the bandits are aware that they cannot be bombed together with their families and that’s why they are living with them in the bush where they are hiding.

Professor Kithure has affirmed that it’s hard for the Kenya Defence Forces to bomb the bandits in some areas because they are using kids as shields. Kithure Kindiki has remained clear that the banditry issue in the North Rift region will however end no matter how long it takes.
Kenya Defence Forces have today bombed bandits in the help of surveillance cameras. It’s clear that the issue of bandits have remained difficult to fight because of the kids and women.
The CS Interior Kithure Kindiki had warned the bandits to vacate the North Rift region but seemingly some bandits are moving with their families. Whether the bandits will be silenced once and for all, let’s wait and see.
