Kevin Kinuthia, a Kenyan cross-dresser, digital content creator, and influencer, has sparked reactions online after revealing that she has started creating her own partner using mud.
In a playful post shared on social media on Friday, March 6, Kinuthia joked that she would rather mould her ideal partner instead of waiting to find one.
The influencer also encouraged other women to follow the same idea in a humorous message to her followers.
“Ndio kuanza kujitengenezea wangu. My girls this is the time. Jiumbie wako,” Kinuthia wrote, loosely translating to: “I’m starting to create mine. My girls, this is the time. Create yours as well.”
The unusual post quickly caught the attention of fans online, many of whom reacted with amusement while others joined the conversation with jokes about designing their “perfect partners.”
The lighthearted moment comes just weeks after Kinuthia opened up about plans to change the name on his national identification card.
In a video shared on February 24, the influencer explained that he has grown tired of the reactions he receives whenever he presents his ID in official situations.
According to Kinuthia, the mismatch between his appearance and the name on the document often sparks confusion.
Kinuthia admitted that people frequently react with disbelief when they see the identification card. In some instances, he said, others even question whether the document actually belongs to him.
“I think I should just go and get my ID changed. Kama kuna mtu anajua vile nitabadilisha hiyo ID munipe connections. Karibu waseme nimeiba ID ya mtu. I am tired of explaining myself,” he said in the video.
The content creator noted that repeatedly explaining the situation has become exhausting, especially because his public appearance often differs from what people expect when they read his official name.
Kinuthia is widely known on social media for embracing a feminine style, often appearing in makeup, styled hair, manicured nails, and fashionable outfits, which has helped him build a strong online following.
