A Kenyan director wants to sue BBC station for allegedly defaming his name.According to John Chebochok,a Toror Tea factory director, the broadcasting company used his name wrongful which he alludes to have been defamed. He is now demanding a whopping 100 million Kenyan shillings.Through his lawyer, Danston Okari,the director was defamed and the lawyer will have to take it’s course.
His case is one that has been doing rounds on social media pages and all eyes are on the director and his lawyer to decide their next move.Demanding a whopping 100 million from the British broadcasting company is a huge deal.It remains to be seen what will happen in the coming days.
