Meru Governor Kawira Mwangaza’s case is start to begin it’s hearing today at the senate, which will be required to determine whether the reasons given by the member’s of county assembly for her dismissal. The governor is being accused of a number of thing’s including demeaning other county politicians including, the deputy governor with whom they have been conflicting. She is also accused of nepotism where she is reported to have employed a section of her family members. She also caused a storm when she named a road after her husband Mureiga Baicu. Baicu has caused a storm in the manner of dealings together with the wife in the county.
As her case starts today she has posted a cryptic bible verse.From Psalm 107:28-30 she quotes, “Then they cried out to the Lord in their trouble, and he brought them out of their distress. He stilled the storm to a whisper; the waves of the sea were hushed. They were glad and when it grew calm, and he guided them to their desired haven.
