On Thursday, 18th, July, 2024, Radio Jambo was to host a Gen Z, identified as Kasmuel Mcoure, physically for an interview on their breakfast show which is hosted by Gidi and Ghost. But, Radio Jambo took to their official socials, informed their followers that since the guest communicated to them that he had received credible information on grounds that his life was in danger after receiving threats, he wouldn’t make to be in studio for a physical interview.
Kasmuel has been quoted in a post, shared on the official socials of the said Radio station saying, ” Hi I’ve received a credible threat to my life and I won’t make it for physical interview.” He wrote. He was to speak about the current state of Gen Zs demos that is being witnessed in the country. He has been spotted on the front line as one of the most followed young man on social media, pushing other Gen Zs to carry on with protests on grounds that they are championing for what is rightfully there’s as a people in the Republic of Kenya.
Joe Gidi, popularly known as Gidi, also took to his official socials to inform his followers that the planned interview had been cancelled because Kasmuel (the guest) couldn’t make because of the above mentioned reason. This information has also been shared by an online influencer Alfred Koech Sergeant on his official socials. Netizens have flooded online, giving their thoughts over this matter.
