Pastor Victor Kanyari has addressed the ongoing rumors about his relationship with social media figure Marion Naipei, denying that their close friendship has turned romantic.
Speaking on Monday, September 21, 2026, Kanyari noted that some speculation stemmed from a joke Naipei made about being pregnant with his child, which led him to inquire about her comment.
He stressed that they have never been romantically involved and characterized their connection purely as a friendship. Kanyari also shared that he is currently single, not married, and not dating anyone, though he remains optimistic about finding a partner in the future.
The speculation has lingered for months due to their frequent public interactions. Naipei became a regular attendee at Kanyari’s Salvation Healing Ministry, where she participated in various church activities, drawing attention on social media due to her close presence with the preacher.
Their friendship was further highlighted by playful exchanges and Kanyari’s public encouragement of Naipei. In January, he reportedly gifted her KSh50,000 to support her as she began a new chapter in her life.
