Veteran Kenyan actor Davis Mwabili, popularly known as Inspekta Mwala, has raised concerns after failing to fuel his car fully, highlighting growing anxiety over a possible fuel shortage in the country.
According to reports, the actor shared his experience on social media, saying he visited multiple petrol stations only to encounter restrictions or empty pumps. In one instance, attendants reportedly limited motorists to purchasing fuel worth KSh 2,000, preventing him from filling his tank.
“Iko shida,” he said in the video, expressing frustration over the situation and questioning whether the country was heading into a fuel crisis. He added that some stations he visited had no fuel at all, forcing him to continue searching. According to reports, the actor documented his movements between different stations while narrating the difficulties he faced.
