Tanzanian superstar Diamond Platnumz has finally said he’s not single anymore. The music icon surprised fans when he admitted during a recent interview in the UK that he is in a relationship, ending years of mystery and rumours about his love life.

For a long time, people believed Diamond was dating fellow Bongo Flava singer Zuchu. But he never clearly said it. He often left fans confused by denying her in public and acting as if he were single.
One of the most shocking moments came on the Netflix show Young, Famous & African. Diamond flirted with another star, Fantana, and told everyone he was single. He also danced closely with other women at a wedding in Nigeria and even told the pastor that he wasn’t in a relationship.
These moments hurt many fans and seemed to frustrate Zuchu as well. At one point, Zuchu joked online, asking her followers to send husband applications, hinting that Diamond was taking too long to make things official.
