In a fiery exchange on TikTok, the seasoned musician Esther Akoth, widely known as Akothee, didn’t hold back in responding to TikToker Nyako’s jabs. Nyako, hailed as the TikTok president, took aim at Akothee’s past marriages and suggested she wedded older foreign men for financial gain. Undeterred, Akothee hit back, labeling Nyako a “wannabe” and asserting she doesn’t engage with “upcoming things.”
Akothee, a mother of five, questioned Nyako’s content and wondered aloud if Nyako resorted to using her name for attention. Unleashing a warning, Akothee declared she wouldn’t hesitate to expose Nyako and even offered to confront her in person in Germany. In a video shared on SPM Buzz, Akothee emphasized her status as a “big brand” and asserted her reluctance to address what she deemed as trivial matters, proclaiming, “I do not mingle with some upcoming things like Akothee wannabes.”
Switching gears, Akothee took to another story, issuing a stern warning to men attempting to court her with marriage proposals. She reminded them of the hard work she invested in building her brand and dismissed frivolous advances with a bold statement: “This Pakistani thing has made chokoras think Akothee is ministry.” Clearly, Akothee is not one to be trifled with, both in the realm of social media beef and matters of the heart.
