Diamond Platnumz says the now popular reality show young, famous and African has opened so many doors for him.
Speaking to No Signal, a London-based media house, Diamond says after the show so many people from across the world sent him a DM to congratulate him after bagging that deal.
“After the show,even people who never treated me wellstarted calling me. It changed my life and added me fun-base to me. I have got aworld tour after that. I respect that and I can’t wait for the next season to come.” said Diamond.
The Bongo mogul says the show helped him increased his fanbase worldwide and was left impressed by how Africans can put up such a great show and it become successful.
“It was amazing doing the reality show. I wasn’t used to shooting shows. You know music videos take a day or so. The show took like a month. Everything went perfectly and they had a great team.
He added, It proved to the world that Africans can deliver something like the best. We were trending the whole world. That experience changed me. I remember after the reality show, my DM was crazy, calls, my WhatsApp,”
According to Diamond his fans love him for being real and authentic and people are always looking for entertained and want to know what goes on in a celebrity’s life.
