Kiharu constituency Member of Parliament Hon Ndindi Nyoro on Monday returned to his constituency after days of maintaining a low political profile. This is after the majority of Kenyans turned against lawmakers who supported the controversial finance bill that was rejected by President William Samoei Ruto after intense pressure.

While taking to his social media platforms, the vocal legislator who is also a close ally of President William Samoei Ruto returned to Kiharu constituency where attended an Education function in one of the secondary school in his constituency.

According to a video that he posted on his social media platforms, he was received warmly by the members of his constituency. They sang, danced, as well as carried him as he navigated his way to where the function was being held. He also planted a tree alongside other leaders who were at the event.

Ndindi Nyoro is one of the lawmakers who supported the controversial finance bill. He is the chairman of the Budgets’ committee in the National Assembly. Immediately after Kenyans took to the streets in different parts of the country, Ndindi Nyoro was among the leaders close to President William Samoei Ruto who maintained a low profile after the ground turned chaotic against MPs who finance bill.

Some of the lawmakers such as National Assembly Leader of Majority Hon Kimani Ichungwah suffered a huge setback after angry protesters in Kikuyu constituency stormed his CDF offices and set it ablaze. On the other hand, Molo constituency Member of Parliament Hon Kimani Kuria also suffered a huge blow after protesters destroyed his multi-million mansion.
