Celebrated media personality Mark Maasai finally indicated how he plans to make a comeback into the media industry after he was fired by Nation Media Group’s (NMG) NTV. Through a social post that he has shared on the internet, the seasoned journalist announced the platform on which he will make his comeback.
Mark Maasai through the statement that has caught the attention of many claimed that this will be the new way of doing things. He went ahead to note that his new show will be all about pursuing stories that matter to the people. The new show which will be dubbed The Social Newsroom will be streaming on social media. He revealed that the debut episode will air out this coming Thursday starting at 6 pm live on his social media handles. He pleaded with his fans to share the news widely.

Previously, Mark Maasai had been forced to clarify a statement that he had made. The statement in question had led many to believe that he might have been planning to expose the injustice behind his exit from NTV. The former news anchor, however, noted that he was not planning such a thing since he still has good friends at the station. He, nonetheless, insisted that there is a need to have a discussion on how Human Resource as a department conducts its activities in an organization.
