She emphasized her deep respect for marriage and condemned a particular blogger for spreading these unfounded claims, labeling them as lies. Anne stated that she could not leave her husband, with whom she had been married for nearly 30 years.
She also expressed gratitude to everyone who reached out to her following the emergence of these rumors, which spread quickly online.
Today, Hon. Anne Wamuratha and her husband, Mr. Muratha, attended a friend’s wedding ceremony at the PCEA Kikuyu Township Church in Kiambu.
Anne reaffirmed her commitment to Mr. Muratha, stating that they are married “until death do us part.” She assured the public that her family is at peace and reiterated that even while she is involved in politics, she remains dedicated to caring for her husband, being a mother to her children, and staying true to her faith as a born-again member of the women’s guild.
