A kenyan renowned business lady one Bianca Ironlady has invited Kenyans and friends to the ongoing big summit that brings together Nollywood actors. It is worth noting that the Edo State will drive the emerging sector, otherwise known as Nolywood, a notch higher as Actors Guild of Nigeria, (AGN) and the creme of Actors and Actresses will storm Benin City this November for “Nollywood Actors Summit 2022”.
The mentioned big summit which has already secured the theme, “Impact of Digital Technology on the Acting Profession”, is set to bring together very many actors and in equal measure it is put together by AGN in partnership with Edo Jobs, an employment generation agency of Edo State Government.
This one is very inspiring because it trains on use of digital technology in impacting the great talents. The Kenyan state should atleast gather the courage and wisdom to facilitate such events so that the young talented creative minds can find a better more advantageous space.
According to a reliable source, the team organized its triannual Nollywood Actors Summit in order to provide stakeholders platform for effective intellectual discourse to rediscover the uniqueness of the Nigerian motion picture industry. In additional, The move is also to provide an enabling environment that would enhance its contribution to the creative industry for the nation. It is aimed at positioning the Nigerian actor for the emerging digital economy.
