Celebrated Kenyan actress Sheila Ndanu alias Madam Victoria is currently indeed among the proudest mothers in the world.
This is because her daughter Alexia Mwangi has recently put a huge smile on her face, by officially getting married to her lover Glen Mwangi.
The big news of their wedding was actually disclosed by the former Maria actress, and this was via a post that she made on her Instagram account on Saturday, the 9th of August.
Sheila Ndanu actually disclosed in the post that Alexia Mwangi and Glen Mwangi did their wedding on the 1st of August, which was on a Friday.
The talented actress further shared photos of how the wedding ceremony went down, and what was clear is that it was indeed an exquisite affair.
The event was actually an outdoor one, and it took place at an undisclosed location that was lavishly decorated.
On their wedding day, Alexia Mwangi and the love of her life Glen Mwangi also looked very stunning in their outfits.
Alexia Mwangi, who is a curator, donned a white mermaid wedding dress, and her make up was also on point.
Glen Mwangi, who is a businessman, however donned a white suit jacket, a black bow tie, a light blue shirt and black trousers.
Sheila Ndanu further accompanied the photos with a sweet message to the newlyweds, where she wished them the very best in this new chapter of their lives.
“August 1st, 2025, what a glorious day celebrating my daughter @alexia_mwangi’s wedding to her sweetheart and now my son @thekingdomambassador_⛪️✨️.

Alexia & Glen hold their Itaara Ceremony
It should be noted that Alexia Mwangi and Glen Mwangi have actually done their wedding just a month after they did their Itaara (a Kikuyu ceremony where a bride is formally welcomed to her new home).
The ceremony takes place after the dowry payment, and the bride’s family usually visits the groom’s home to see whether she will be well taken care of.
The lovebirds did their Itaara in July this year, and it was also a beautiful event as shown in the photos below.
Alexia & Glen get engaged
Alexia Mwangi and Glen Mwangi have also gotten married just a year after they got engaged.
The lovebirds got engaged in March 2024, and this big news was disclosed by Sheila Ndanu, who again took to her Instagram account and shared some photos that gave netizens a glimpse of how it happened.
