The sudden death of TikTok star Gracious Teiyan has left her fiancé, Paul Simat, shattered. In a touching post, Simat shared a screenshot of their final conversation, a memory he says he will hold onto for the rest of his life.
Teiyan, who had over 300,000 followers on TikTok, passed away on September 16 at Karen Hospital, just two days after complaining of severe migraines. Doctors later revealed she had succumbed to Cerebral Venous Sinus Thrombosis (CVST), a rare blood clot condition.
In their last chat, Simat and Teiyan exchanged lighthearted streaks before she sent him an uplifting video. Moments later, she added a heartfelt message that now reads like a farewell note: “No mountain is too high when God is walking with you.”
The grieving fiancé admitted that adjusting to life without her feels impossible. “It’s not just that you’re gone. It’s that everything you were to me is still here—your memory, your voice, your smile. I carry you with me even now, even though it hurts more each day,” he wrote.
Netizens poured in messages of comfort under his post. One fan, DJ Queen254, wrote: “Hugs Shem May God strengthen you in these trying times.” Another follower, Peris Soila, reminded him of the love he gave Teiyan: “You loved her loudly, and she rested knowing you treated her like the queen she was.”

Her burial is scheduled for today, September 24, in Kajiado County, where family, friends, and fans will gather to say their final goodbyes to the young star whose light dimmed too soon.
