This Worrying development comes amid deployment of KDF cops in Nairobi where they have been keeping vigil to prevent more looting.
Business owners in Nairobi have been crying of mega losses that have been witnessed during protests after some criminals broke into shops and escaped with goods of unknown value.
Nevertheless, cops have been working round the clock to ensure that kenyans get adequate security across the country.
Kenyans have also been urged to maintain peace after the president William Ruto and his deputy spoke last evening.
Ruto said he would not sing the bill and sent it back to parliament for withdrawal.
