Is generation Z the most misunderstood generation ever? That was the discussion on The Morning Kiss where Kamene tried to dissect how they handle things.
Referencing from somewhere he read online, Kamene said ; They are saying Generation Z is extremely lazy, extremely entitled, extremely rude and then to add insults to this according to employers claim that this generation is the worst crop of employees.
Defending them, Kamene believes generation Z is a different crop of people with different mindset and different approach to things and life.
Kamene went ahead to read an excerpt of a conversation between a generation Z and their boss and from the conversation you can tell there is a huge disconnect between them and the older generations.
Hence why employers are struggling to cope with them at work places and brand them lazy and rude.
The question is; Are they simply misunderstood or are they just lazy and entitled?
