Yesterday, the protests was witnessed in different parts of the country including, Nairobi, Kisii, Karatina and Mombasa. The protests was not peaceful one because many were injured, 2 people were killed and some youths set fire on the roads by burning tyres. Their aim is that they want President William Ruto to resign because he is incompetent and can’t hold the office he is occupying now.
Gen Z’s plan is to protest on Tuesday and Thursday every week and after doing it yesterday, they have now revealed Thursday’s plan and this was shared by Activist Wesley Kibande via his X handle and below is the screenshot of his post.
The poster above entails Thursday’s plan where they will occupy Uhuru Park. They are calling out Gen Z from Nairobi County to come out on Thursday so that they can reach 5 million in number as they are planning to march to state house. The reason as to why they march to go to state house is that, they now see President Ruto as the enemy because the Government, which is lead by him, is killing peaceful protestors and they want him to resign.
