Francis Atwoli is the secretary general of COTU and has served in the position for almost two decades now. He is also a die hard supporter of the former Azimio presidential candidate Raila Odinga. COTU boss is known for his unique way of expression and for some of his famous words that have even been adopted by a number of musicians across the country.
