The US Ambassador to Kenya Meg Whitman might not havw liked the response she recieved from ODM leader Raila Odinga a day after praising President William Ruto’s win. Whitman had glorified the just concluded presidential elections terming them as the most transparent elections the countryhas ever held. Whitman while addressing the devolution conference in the presence of President William Ruto and prime cabinet secretary Musalia Mudavadi praised the electoral system for conducting a fair and credible elections in the history of the country on August 9th.
She claime that Kenya had developed democratically for conducting a credible election that saw President William Ruto elected as the fifth President of Kenya. Ruto who was preswnt bowed down his had a sign of appreciation for what Whitman had told the congregation. However, the ODM leader Raila Odinga has come out to strongly differ with Whitman warning her of a possible recall to her country as Kenya is not a US colony.
