Popular actor Martin Githinji alias Daddie Marto has opened up about his failed marriage and revealed some little-known shortcomings of his estanged wife Koku Lwanga, who is a digital creator.
According to Daddie Marto, he is not the only one who should be blamed how their marriage of 7 years recently ended.
Koku Lwanga also allegedly played a part in the marriage falling apart, and she is not as innocent as she makes people to believe on social media.
According to Daddie Marto, he used to suffer from emotional abuse that was brought about by how Koku Lwanga was treating him as her husband.
“For 6 years in the 9 years we were together, I suffered intense emotional abuse. I walked on egg shells with someone who chose to transfer their wounds to me. We did videos on YouTube, spoke about these wounds. Talked to them to find ways to heal. They feigned control over them. I gave up. And it is when i have given up that she started feeling that I have emotionally abandoned them…” he said.
Daddie Marto further revealed that Koku Lwanga was denying him intimacy, something that was indeed a big problem in their marriage.
“And now I will touch on the forbidden subject. Physical intimacy. It was non existent in the marriage. You wonder how we got pregnant. With the underlying medical condition we have spoken about before. This was truly the act of God to get those children.
All reasons given were valid. Postpartum. Health. Moods. Conflict. All in the reasons I sympathized. I gave her space to heal. I even subjected myself to a test to see if I was responsible for her health issues. And it was discovered that I was not the cause. It was rectified, and that is how we got the second born. We have told this story before, I will not dwell” he said in part.
Daddie Marto added:
“Tell me then how after telling me not to touch her, after telling me that when she sees my male member she gets traumatized, after telling me not to even woo her into any physical intimacy, that she will later come and BLAME ME FOR NOT HAVING PHYSICAL RELATIONS WITH HER?!”
