A recent photo of veteran media journalist Catherine Kasavuli has caused quite a stir online leaving her fans fearful for her health. Kasavuli, who was the first woman journalist in Kenya appears to have lost a lot of weight and tried hard to keep smiling inspite of her pain.
Catherine, recently announced on her social media pages that she was suffering from cervical cancer. When health CS Susan Nakhumicha visited her, her fans noticed that she had deteriorated as compared to Ababu Namwamba’s visit in November.
Her fans were really worried and promised to pray for her. Below are some of their reactions.
Catherine is currently admitted at the Kenyatta National Hospital and has been admitted for close to two months.
