Former Presidential Aspirant running mate Justina Wamae has applauded the opposition leader Raila Odinga and his team for not choosing the streets again.
Taking to her Twitter page, Wamae has said that during the dark days when the azimio la umoja one Kenya alliance leaders used to demonstrate, she used to call them out and tell them to table their reforms that they want.
She is now agreeing with them after they decided not to stage more maandamano but to table amendments in the floor of the parliament thus making Kenya come first and nkt individual interest or violence witnessed during the countrywide mass demonstration.
“During the dark Maandamano moments I used to shout myself hoarse demanding that @AzimioTv should give us an ALTERNATIVE. I’m happy they are doing it on the floor of the house and not on the streets, Chanda chema huvishwa pete. All said and done our country FIRST.” She said.
