The comedian has in the recent past been advocating for Kenyan music to be played more in the media. He argues that this is the only way the creative industry will grow.
Last week he went to the parliamentary grounds. He had a meeting with several youthful MPs like Babu Owino. They agreed to formulate a parliamentary bill to enact the proposal into law.
Eric Omondi has been urging Kenyan entertainers to improve the quality of their work. He has accused them of being too reluctant hence allowing foreigners to dominate the local entertainment scene. He has vowed to work harder.
