It is the end of an era for Colonel Esther Wanjiku who has exited office as Kenya’s first ever military attache to Japan.
Colonel Wanjiku was appointed as Kenya’s first ever military attache to Japan in November 2022. And after three memorable years in office, she has bowed out following the end of her tour of duty.
Prior to her appointment as Kenya’s military attache to Japan, Colonel Wanjiku served as the Kenya Defence Forces spokesperson.
Following her exit from Kenya’s mission in Tokyo, Japan, Colonel Wanjiku who is from the Kenya Army, has been succeeded by Colonel Joan Kwambai from the Kenya Air Force.
