New information has emerged indicating that the Kenya Defense Forces bombed a village where the bandits were hiding in Baringo during an operation. Security operatives have launched a massive security operation in the banditry- prone North Rift region following recent reports of suspected armed robbers.

A military helicopter was found in the hills surrounded by Corcoran, Tandar, and Ramacha mountains in Baringo, where there are signs of possible bombs and tension between the local population.

A multi- agency team led by the military has stepped up air and ground surveillance along the border in the troubled area to ensure the eviction of bandits wreaking havoc in the area.

Bandits are on the rise in the North Rift region, harming Kenyan citizens, which is a violation of the country’ s constitution. As a result, the G3 rifle and Carbine were handed over to the authorities in the troubled area.

Kenyan citizens are urged to cooperate in the fight against piracy by reporting the suspect to the police. This will enable action by arresting, investigating, and prosecuting pirates.

To tackle the problem, the Kenya Defense Forces (KDF) launched airstrikes on bandit hideouts across the country. The operation was aimed at disrupting bandits’ operations.

The KDF uses intelligence gathered from various sources to identify bandit hideouts and plan airstrikes. The operation was carried out in coordination with the police and other security agencies.

The situation in the North Rift got out of hand and President William Ruto, who is the Commander- in- Chief of the Defense Forces, ordered the Kenya Defense Forces to deploy troops to the area to help deal with bandits. The Kenya Defense Forces responded with heavy artillery after reports that they were already in the area.

Based on the information gathered by the police so far, the bandits are planning to use members of the public as human shields in case the security forces try to get to their hideout.
