Police officers In Tharaka-nithi have arrested a chief and an assistant chief who were allegedly Busted consuming Illicit Brews.
In a news report that has been shared by a reliable source of information, it has been revealed that the suspects were Busted by police officers who are currently hunting for sellers of the Illicit Brew that has already killed several people in the region.
According to the reports given by the police, it has also been revealed that a chief and an assistant chief were arrested and taken to the police station for more investigation.
Addressing this issue, police officers who are currently searching for more suspects have claimed that the two Chiefs who were arrested had an alcohol addiction before.
While reacting to this incident, kenyans who took to their different social media accounts to express their opinions on the matter have called upon the government to put tough conditions on suspects who are caught preparing them.
According to the reports given by most Kenyans, they claimed that it is so unfortunate that the government is yet to do this despite the fact that the brew has already killed several kenyans in different parts of the country.
