Rigathi Gachagua and his spouse, Dorcas, arrived at Kansas City International Airport in Missouri as part of their ongoing Diaspora Engagement Tour of the United States.They were warmly received by an enthusiastic group of Kenyans residing in the area, many eager to meet and share their experiences.

 

Upon arrival, Pastor Dorcas was chauffeured in a sleek black Cadillac Escalade SUV.

Elegantly dressed in a fuchsia suit complemented by a cream hat decorated with delicate floral accents, she radiated poise and confidence.

Accompanied by a dedicated security detail, Pastor Dorcas paused to greet her hosts and exchange pleasantries, pose for photos before proceeding.

In her remarks on arrival, she showed commitment to building lasting ties between Kenya and its diaspora. “We are looking forward to a great conversation on with our people,” she shared.During her stop in Kansas City, she also plans to hold discussions with community leaders, professionals, entrepreneurs, and students, focusing on ways to channel skills and resources back home.

In a message shared online, Pastor Dorcas reflected on the day’s sermon drawn from Acts 3:6, titled In the Name of Jesus.

She spoke of the power carried in names, reminding her audience that while money can purchase many things, it cannot buy healing or salvation.

She encouraged everyone to treasure true friendship and remain content, trusting that God’s gifts surpass all earthly riches.

Gachagua left Kenya on July 9, 2025, for a two-month tour of the United States.

His itinerary includes Dallas, California, Seattle, Boston, and Baltimore. At each stop, he plans to hold town hall meetings and attend community events.
