Dr. Fred Koske who suffered a spinal injury, had a rare moment of glamour hours before he was flown to India for advanced treatments.
The beauty queen, Diana Flave, accompanied Koske to India and will be assisting with logistics for the patient while he undergoes treatment.
She is expected to meet fellow beauty queens in Mumbai, and tour specific tourist attractions across the city of Mumbai to encourage medical tourism.
