According to a video that has elicited mixed reactions President Ruto was spotted using a portable fan to cool his wife and daughter during Charlene Ruto’s wedding ceremony.

President Ruto was spotted using the device to cool his wife Mama Rachel Ruto. The Video shared captured him directing it to the face of Mama Rachel Ruto who appeared to enjoy every moment as cool breeze from the fan hit her face.
Ruto was also spotted directing the fan to the face of his daughter Charlene Ruto who whose face was covered by a wedding veil.
