Going by the name De Cookid on Facebook, she has garnered over 650,000 followers thanks to her skits. De is known for wearing Crocs, trousers folded up to the knees, and a tucked-in t-shirt in her skits. She also appears in the videos carrying a wooden cooking stick.
Who is De Coolkid? In one skit, De was walking with another lady in a dress when a man called out to her. She walked up to him, but he told her off, saying he wanted the friend instead.
“I knew they could not call you because you are not pretty,” the friend said. De hit back by exposing the friend, saying: “Have your children eaten since morning? The landlord warned you against bringing old men to your house. You recently treated gonorrhoea,” De said.
The man promptly walked off and left the friend. “Let both of us remain single,” De said. What happened to De Coolkid? On Sunday, September 21, De announced that she had an incident while filming the previous day.
“Sometimes it isn’t easy. Yesterday, I collapsed while shooting,” she said. She posted a photo showing numerous cast members around her as she lay on the ground. De, based in Nakuru, also shared a video of her castmates leading her from the scene and taking her to the hospital.
After tests, the cause of the illness was finally found. “I was diagnosed with pneumonia. Just pray for a quick recovery for me,” she said. Road? MC Zaku recently lost his sister.
