Shortly after the release of the 2023 Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) examination results, the government is gearing up to unveil the high school placements for the candidates.

The Ministry of Education is expected to disclose the allocated schools for the students on Monday.

The official announcement will be made by the Cabinet Secretary overseeing the Ministry of Education, CS Ezekiel Machogu. The focal event is anticipated to take place at Lenana School in Nairobi, according to recent reports.

“CS Machogu to release Form One placement results for the 2023 KCPE Examination candidates on Monday morning at Lenana School,” as reported by Capital News.

The Form One selection process proceeded without hindrance after the High Court rejected calls to halt the exercise, despite two cases arising from concerns related to the recently published KCPE results.

As the placement unfolds, the fate of numerous children expressing dissatisfaction with their Kenya National Examinations Council-released results remains uncertain, awaiting a judicial decision on their request for a re-mark.
