Fresh details have now come to light following the arrest of Tony Odhiambo, a key suspect in the death of Constance Githinji, a 22-year old who died under unclear circumstances on Saturday 25, April 2026, at an apartment building in Kileleshwa area, Nairobi county.
Following the arrest of Tony Odhiambo, floodgates to deeper revelations about his past life have now opened, revealing how Tony endured a troubling history of domestic disputes, dropping out of school and also being linked to rape accusations.
In one of the revelations by his close relative, Tony Odhiambo dropped out of Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University of Science and Technology, where he had been pursuing actuarial science before he shifted his focus to businesses, through which he was minting money from online platforms.
Aside from that, the source further highlighted that Tony Odhiambo is not new to controversies, and that it is not the first time for his name to be dragged into the corridors of justice.
In one of the incidence reported in 2025, Toni Odhiambo had reported to the Kilimani Police Station that his wife had scalded (burnt) him with hot water, and that the incident erupted during an argument he had with his wife. However, he later withdrew the complaint and what transpired thereafter is still unknown.
Aside from being linked to the recent tragic death of Constance Githinji, reports also disclosed that before Tony Odhiambo landed himself in hot water, he had an active arrest warrant, after he was accused of rape and indecent assault in the year 2025.
Despite being linked to the rape allegations, Tony Odhiambo has been denying the charges against him and was released on bond while the case continued to be heard. He however had failed to appear in court during on of the hearings resulting in the arrest warrant being activated against him.
Odhiambo’s name shot limelight after the death of Constance Githinji, after he was accused of torturing her before allegedly throwing her from the 6th floor of the Kileleshwa based apartment.
However, Tony Odhiambo has still been denying the allegations being channeled towards him, maintaining that before Constance Githinji died, she had harmed herself before jumping from the apartment, thus attracting the attention of the public.
