The disappearance and sudden reappearance of Ann Njeri continue to stir confusion on the alleged 17 billion oil previously held in the high seas for a month. Today the lady who has been missing for almost five days presented herself to court alongside his lawyer Cliff Ombeta.
In her explanation Njeri has refuted claims that she had forged documents as previously explained by KPA boss. She stated that, all her documents were taken away from her for rhe period she was kidnapped, blindfolded and taken away to a unknown location.
Njeri stated the fuel cargo was hers and did not belong to Galana energies as energy CS David Chirchir alleged. She identified the origin of her consignment to be Europe and was destined for the Kenyan Market unlike Chirchirs Statement which identified the consignment to contain oil meant for Kenya and South Sudan. Her presence will set a new stage for trial.
