The sister of the 21-year-old woman who was killed alongside former Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) ICT manager Chris Msando has disclosed their last moments before they disappeared.
Caroline’s sister Jedida Wanjiku told NTV that on the fateful Friday evening, she was supposed to join her sister and Msando for drinks but her phone died and she couldn’t find a charger.
Caroline had called her just moments before her phone went off. This was their final conversation before they died. “When we last spoke, she told me, ‘ata Chris amefika! ‘Wapi uko?’ If I had arrived, I would have been among the dead “She stated.
