The family of Diana Chepkemoi, a university student who dropped out of school and went to work in Saudi Arabia revealed chilling details of conversation with her rogue employer after he reached out to them.
Diana’s sister Lorraine said that the employer dismissed rumours that she was being mistreated. He termed her as an endless complainer who always faked excuses to avoid work.
Diana had told her family that the employer was mistreating her. She was sick but her employer didn’t take her to hospital for check up but instead gave her pain killers.
Different agencies took over the story after her photos looking frail went viral on social media platforms.
After being rescued, she was taken to hospital for various tests as her visa was being processed.
She is set to land in the country today morning or evening. Various leaders have offered to sponsor her education and ensure that she gets a job after completing university.
