Yaya Hotel and Accommodations Manager Simon Miller has leaked details of a CCTV Footage showing Ex-CS without Portfolio Hon Raphael Tuju meeting with Juliana Cherera, Irene Mast, Justus Nyangaya, and Francis Wanderi in Room 21 even as Fresh Reports revealed that 3 more allies from Azimio-One Kenya Met and held a secret discussion with the commissioners who had been locked up in the Room 21 block.
Speaking during the ongoing probe by Aggrey Muchelule and his team, Hon Simon Miller further revealed that Raphael Tuju according to CCTV footage was captured in what was seen as a meeting where the four commissioners were listening.Also, Simon Miller as per financial statements and records admitted that the booking of the 4 commissioners was paid by One and only Edwin Ogwe (Raila’s Secretary) where the amount was paid in batches of 4. This, Miller said even as he told the Muchelule-led tribunal that apart from Cherera, the other 3 commissioners failed to provide their names.
