If you are a fan of Kikuyu secular songs you must have come across this man called JB Maina who is a famous Kikuyu secular artist who is a legend in the Kikuyu music industry.
On the other hand, Waithaka Wa Jane is a famous and upcoming artist who has made huge steps in the music industry by spicing up old songs with his guitar and sweet vocals.
Waithaka and JB Maina were in a war where JB threatened to sue Waithaka for playing his music live on stage without his consent and this action was viewed as copyright. Waithaka was to be sued for 20 years or pay 40 million shilling for this crime.
Now JB and Waithaka have come into a peaceful agreement and they shake hands showing that they are now on good terms.After coming to an agreement Waithaka had this message to JB:
“It shall be well, more peace. Thank you JB Maina for the good advice you have given me” He wrote.
