Her given name is Shirleen Wangari. She starred as OJ’s better half and a mischievous young lady in the popular show Tahidi High, which aired on Resident television every Tuesday back then.
Her talent and acting abilities have earned her a devoted fan base; the lovely young lady has worked on a wide range of projects throughout her life.
Shish began acting and auditioning for roles after leaving Tahidi, unsure of her future as an actress. She eventually started her own design company.
Shish recently accepted a new position in South Africa. She plays the lead in a dystopian film. Wangari is also excited about the project, and Guatha is a shoptalk term that means ‘nothing.’
According to her, Untitled Movies plans to produce a film set in three different parts of Africa: Ghana in the west, Kenya in the east, and South Africa in the south.
Shirleen’s co-delivered film Wavamizi received international acclaim in September 2021 after being shortlisted for funding at the Durban Film Shop in 2021.
