A bouncer was on Tuesday afternoon presented before Milimani magistrate court with a charge of sexual offence.
Daniel Odinga Tabu was charged for intentionally touching buttocks of a female revellers identified as NM.
In the second count of charge Odinga was charged for indecently touching the breast of another reveller identified in the court papers as NWM.
“You are charged with offence of committing indecent act with an adult contrary to her will.”The charge sheet reads in parts.
The prosecution informed the presiding magistrate Ben Mark Ekhubi that Odinga acted against the will of his two victims.
According to the prosecution the incident happened on Saturday 14th September at Carnivore club,situated along Langata Road within Nairobi county.
Odinga however denied all the two counts of charges.
In ruling the magistrate directed Odinga be released on ksh 350000 plus or one contact person or an alternative of ksh 200000 cash.
The court also prohibited Odinga from contacting or intimidating complainants in the pendence of case.
Earlier his defence lawyers applied to have him released on lenient bond terms citing his meger means.
“Your honour the accused persons is a bouncer with little income, he lives in Korogocho with his young family who solely depend on him, I therefore pray that you admitt my client to reasonable bond terms.”The lawyer submitted.
The lawyer presented Odinga as young father living in korogocho slum and the sole breadwinner to his family.
The case will be mentioned on 17th October to confirm compliance.
