It is now emerging that singer Bahati’s baby mama, Yvette Obura spent the last days of 2021 in the hospital.
Yesterday, the mother of one revealed the news herself on her Instagram page where she thanked God for being alive.
“Everyday above the ground is a blessing.🙏🙏@komarockmodern has really been hospitalable in every way possible. I really appreciate the amazing services @komarockmodern.”
She also acknowledged Bahati, his wife, Diana Marua and unnamed friends who visited her at the hospital during her stay while not explaining what illness had caused her to spend at the health facility.
“Thank you @bahatikenya and @diana_marua for coming through. To my family and friends for showing up and out for me.”
Yvette would add 3 updates on her Instastories showing that she was still in the hospital when people were welcoming the new year. They are below;

Her fans and followers instantly commiserated with her in the comments section of her post, with many wishing her a quick recovery.
What is interesting about this incident is that Diana, Bahati’s wife was also sick in November 2021 and had to spend time in the same facility for an undisclosed illness.
