Akothee N

Kenyan singer Akothee has left many Kenyans talking after sharing a very emotional message mixed with politics, pain, confusion, and humor at the same time. In the long message, Akothee openly spoke about the confusion she is now seeing inside ODM and asked a question that many supporters also seem to be asking quietly.

Akothee directed her message to Raila Odinga, who is popularly known as Baba. She asked him which side he now supports after reports started spreading about two groups called “Linda Wananchi” and “Linda Ground.”

Akothee said she wanted Baba to clearly show them where he stands so that she can also follow him there without confusion. The singer jokingly said that she cannot continue living in confusion using her “menopausal brain.”

Her statement made many Kenyans laugh online, but behind the joke many people could still see the frustration and confusion she was trying to explain.Akothee also became emotional when speaking about the death of someone close to her.

She said the death touched her deeply and changed the way she sees people around her. According to her, she now finds it difficult to trust many people because of the things happening around her.

In another emotional part of the message, Akothee said that if the dead person woke up today, he would probably choose to return to his small 6 by 4 grave instead of seeing the current situation.

She explained that things have become very messy and there are casualties everywhere as political confusion continues growing. However, despite all the confusion and divisions, Akothee made it clear that one thing will never change.

She said they will not become casualties and they will vote peacefully when the election time comes. Her message showed that even though politics may divide people, peace should still remain important.

The singer then finished her message by asking Kenyans where they would vote from during the next election. She proudly said she will vote from Migori County before asking others to mention their counties too.

The message quickly spread online and attracted many comments from Kenyans. Some agreed with her while others laughed at how she mixed politics, pain, and jokes in one message.

Still, many people praised her for speaking openly about the confusion currently being seen in the political space.
