Americans were moved by a Kenyan comedian who is known for his mimicry of the deputy president Rigathi Gachagua. Otherwise known as KK Mwenyewe, the third year student at Kisii University public asked for help from well-wishers after failing to clear his fee.According to the reports, his parents could not afford to raise the school fees and was about to differ.Through Andrew Kibe,a former kiss FM journalist who relocated to USA,the Americans raised over 350,000 Kenyan shillings for the comedian.
Andrew Kibe stated that he recognised his talent and was moved by his honesty. He therefore decided to conduct a fundraising so that he could raise some money with his friends. A move that has already yielded fruits for KK.The news comes at a time when Nairobi governor Johnson Sakaja had cleared his 10,000 semester fee.
