The journalist while reporting was got off guard after his alarm that was supposed fo wake him started ringing. However due to to his long period of experience in the field of journalism, he tactfully stopped it quickly and continued reporting as if nothing happened.
“My alarm just rang Live on CNN. I stopped it quickly but you can definitely hear it. I’m the idiot who planned to wake up at the exact time I was supposed to be on air” Madowo’s message reads
Apparently Larry Madowo had miscalculated his timing and set the alarm a bit late from the time he was expected at CNN.
According to the former NTV journalist, CNN producers moved with speed to wake him up in panic.
“I miscalculated how early I was expected live on TV and had to be woke up by CNN producers” He wrote.
